I Am Bossy fared pretty well with our reviewers. Some found the site too busy, and a couple of reviewers complained about an excessive use of the word "shit," but generally the reviewers found Bossy to be intelligent and amusing. One reviewer pretty much summed up the general impression: "This upbeat creative blog is a kick. History lessons on Korea, chats on Paula Abdul, the essential pictures of Paris Hilton -- it is all here. Not feminist, per se. More an appeal to women (young women, I think) who just want to hang out and hang loose with a fun blogger and friends. My advice to the blogger: Work on the web design a bit. The first few paragraphs explaining your blog were tough to get through and would bore most readers. This should be a sidebar. Otherwise, great job."

Some quotes from our reviewers:
This blog scores very high for a gorgeous design and excellent writing, but a little low on the humor scale for me. Something about her writing style annoys me. I do find her photograph posts very funny and I think that is where her talent lies. Great blog, just not my cup o' tea.
I found the "posts" I read to be pretty darn funny, and I have to say I enjoy the writer's attitude very much. I laughed out loud at her self-description of her blog as a "whimsical, scattershot effort -- a blog that's cute, but has no teeth". Sums it up rather nicely.
I am bored. No point of view. Cluttered. Not. Even. Funny.
There is funny stuff here, but it's cased in a lot of jumbled design and ...confusion. It makes my head hurt, but it also amuses me.
I really like her style of writing and she takes a different spin on the typical photoshopped-heavy blog. Her tutorial on Korea was freaking hysterical.
Very clever. She seems intelligent and very witty. I'll come back.
There is too much going on in this blog, with the highlighted, colored, italicized words, etc. Plus, there is so much varied content (i.e. three columns, ads, buttons, links etc.) I didn't know what to focus on first. The blog posts seem to fade into the background with everything else that's happening on the site.
A few zillion too many "sh*ts" for my taste.
Far too busy to read comfortably.
Too many clicks, too much bolding makes the pages too busy
Hilarious blog--the scribbled-on pictures are soooo much funnier than Perez Hilton's. Great writing. I've added it to my blog roll! Go, Bossy!
What is not to love about Bossy? She's snarky, intelligent and hilarious.
Like her humor, the site it kinda visually messy and has a clubby "insider" feel.
An eclectic mix of Photoshop, poetry and snark, this blog has hit on all of the key points necessary for a consistently funny site.
It's always nice when there is enough consensus regarding a blog to give some constructive criticism. Based on our reviewers' impressions, Bossy, I'd suggest trying to reduce the clutter a bit and organize your blog a little better. Cut down on the use of
bold and/or italicized words in different colors. Oh, and maybe cut down on the use of the word "shit." Just a little. Other than that, I get the impression that you know what you're doing and who your audience is, and you seem to have a pretty good sized following. Either that, or you're pretty darn good at faking it. And shit. ;)
